Hi Amanda.
Sadly I've missed my first Glasto since 1990, but I'm looking at the terrential rain pissing down on Bristol & kind of glad I'm not there. However I've experienced worse, so I'm just going to have to cope with watching it on the telly.
I'm there for the 40th anniversary next year, and Michael Eavis's last Glasto in 2011. |

Good god, isn't the coverage awful? I don't want to see Jo Wiley & that Kiwi munter on and on about how cool Glastonbury is, I want them to shut up & actually show us how cool Glastonbury is. I can't be arsed to see people massage their own egos on live TV & restrict the amount of actual footage through their inane warblings.
I've always been used to watching recordings of the BBC's coverage when I got back from the festival, so I've fast forwarded and ignored this drivel, but watching live means we endure the most horrendous rubbish. So please, for f**ks sake BBC, sort this out, you've been getting complaints since Whiley started hosting the Glasto coverage, so sort it out and make watching it on the telly a more enjoyable expereince. |
