Thousands of abandoned tents are still littering the site of the Glastonbury Festival in Somerset.
Revellers had been told that any tents left behind would be sent to crisis areas around the world.
But due to a mix up over who was supposed to collect them, many tents are being binned.
A spokesman from charity Global Hand said: "We obtained around 350 tents from the site. We're very happy with this result."
"We hope to do more next year," he added. "Every tent collected is one more that can be re-used by people in need."
Robert Kearle, a festival manager, added: "There seems to be some muck up between us and the charity involved.
"They thought we were doing it and vice versa. Eight different charities have been taking hundreds of tents away, though."
