Get in touch with seetickets or national express, perhaps they can explain how places will be allocated/booked.

I'm really interested to know how it's going to work, so keep us informed please???
Also, as they might not be very efficient about it, some people could find out before others, so would be nice for other coach ticket holders to know. Set their mind to rest.

Hello! I would definately go with the funeral thing. I know it sounds harsh and it is a bit dodgy...but it's the only way!!
I've a friend whose company things his nan has died like a million times (big family?) It can seem fairly out of order but...as long as you don't mention who it actually is then you should be ok!
Just make sure you don't mention Glasto when you get back to school!!
Good luck!
Lou x
PS It's my first time too!

go to your doctors on the monday and tell him your having back problems and tell him you need a sick note for a week. call you employer and tell them you are stuck in bed with a bad back they should not bother you by calling you as it will mean you having to get up. i done this in the past and enjoyed a week in ibiza lol

there is one thing you could try if all else fails mate but you will have to get down by other means and possibly the following day.. (not the end of the world)
after all though you do have a bit of a situation and somesort of sacrifice might have to be made, but saying that atleast its not your exam pass :)
however this plan is only providing your not cutting it too fine on the time from getting from where your coach picks you up to where your exam is held.
after all that last bit of GREAT advice from chris moyles ;) only works when you are not actually about compromise a long awaited a-level exam.
so here goes..
say the coach leaves morning with plenty of time until your exam starts this will be ideal for you.
basically drive to the coach stop (without luggage) park up near then get on your allocated coach and wait for your tickets to be handed out.
i was un-fortunate enough to have no choice in the matter of getting a coach/ticket combined all the way from newcastle last year as they were the only tickets left when i bought.
this is when i realised i didnt have to even be on the coach in the end and could of slipped away as before the coach leaves the driver takes about 20 mins to hand out everyones festival ticket before he drives away.
just get on, get your tickets then get off the coach.
suppose you might have to make your excuses but i wouldnt let that bother you too much after all they cant force you to stay on, your bags arent on the bottom and you now have your festival ticket!
next day just jump on a coach or train to bristol where you will find a stream of coaches all going to glastonbury and i have a feeling they might be free also.. (can someone clarify this please?)
have to say if i was in the situation and being a bit of a chancer myself.. i wouldnt hesitate.
where theres a will theres a way eh..
best of luck with the exams anyway and i hope you get there amigo.
