hi this is a very very very long shot.My son Mark Scott was  a wanderer but spent most of his wandering in the glastonbury area .we lost him recently and are now trying to build a pattern of his life and find bags of belonging pictures etc that he left all over the place.

He loved glastonbury is and out of festival season.

sadly missed he was only 45 years oldhe died in hospital.

any advise would be appreciated.

Maggie,

I think I speak for the whole forum when I say I am deeply sorry for your loss.  I'm also very sad to say that I cannot help you personally.

I assume you have tried the other forums: www.efestivals.co.uk , www.virtualfestivals.com , www.glastonburyfest.org. there's also a number of facebook groups and pages but be careful about posting the exact same message too much or you'll be shut down for spamming.  Of course you can also try approching the festival organisers direct, there's usualy an awful lot of lost property and unclaimed property lock-up items but I have no idea how long they're kept or how they're disposed of.

Good luck with your search and please keep us informed if you have any leads which you feel we may be able to help with.  Janet x

Try writing a letter, not an email, to Michael Eavis directly. He may be able to point somebody in the right direction.
