I suppose it's possible that the phone the network thinks you have is not the same one you actually have??

Hello, we produced GlastoNav for Orange and are looking for feedback: how did it work for you, do you have any suggestions for what you would like to be able to do with the application next year...?
To head off some replies: we did have a big issue with people on the Vodafone network... some people could not get the application no matter what was tried, even though we had many others with the same handset/network with no problems.
But please let us know your thoughts, good or bad.
Icom

Hey Icom,
First of all it didn't work. Secondly I have now received about 40 blank texts from an orange cust. services number.
Thanks!

chaypup:
Can you please be more specific in what didn't work? Was it a problem getting the application or did you manage to install the app? What phone & network are you on? Is the phone branded in any way?
With regards to the text messages, we have had reports about this and are looking into the problem.
