This will be my first time at Glastonbury - I've booked tickets for me
and my partner as a surprise for her. Sinead O'Connor is the one artist
that she would really love to see, respecting both her music and her
honesty. I just wanted to check - never having been to Glastonbury
before what can we expect? i.e. how long is Sinead O'Connor's set likely
to be? What's the norm for artists generally? Just so I can manage
expectations!

Thanks

Kellybeth

well this is a toughie - 1 of the most fundamental things about Glastonbury is that 'you never can tell..........'

having said that - she's last but 1 on the acoustic stage on Friday so should do about an hour at least.  The stage is a pretty big marquee so whatever the weather  at least you'll not get rained on 4 the duration!

the only advise i have is - don't make the same mistake I made on my 1st time!  I was so hyped up about REM headlining that I 'saved my energy' and totally missed Hole - in hindsight this is the biggest Glastonbury regret of my life (apart from not going sooner of course)

enjoy
