Hi, i live abroad and when i booked the ticket it said " the ticket won't
be dispatched by post for people living abroad" but just collect it at
the venue.
Now, i booked the bus+ticket and I haven't received my ticket yet at
home (it's normal, i've read at the moment of the booking they won't
send me it by post )...
But Seem i'll catch the bus in LOndon the 20th i'd like to know
WHERE I HAVE TO COLLECT THE TICKET VENUE seen that I cannot
receive it by post...
i asked to seeticket...a woman called Tess answer back to me that i
will receive it by post... WHATTTTTTTTT????? sorry but there's
something wrong here... i know i have to collect the bus ticket on the
bus...but there the hell i have to collect the glasto ticket???????
I've sent another email to them...no answer...
is this the way they work???
Very nice indeed!
I want my tickets!!!!

As far as I know you should receive a coach ticket in the post, and then you are given your festival ticket when you are on the coach.

You should recieve your ticket on the bus when you turn up, but I'm unsure of the arrangement if you're living overseas. Have you spoken to the festival office?

Seetickets will have their number on the website. It should be an 0115 number.

There is a glastonbury sevice number, but I didn't stay on the line long enough to actualy discover if there was a person on the other end. I put the phone down when they told me to use the website for car parking tickets.
The number is 0870 165 2007
Worth a try.

I assume if you are listed to catch the bus and collect you Glastonbury ticket on the bus you get travel ticket and festival ticket at the same time? ring the coach company and confirm this (is it national express?)
