Bought and paid for a ticket (from overseas) and told to pick it up at the departure point(?)-does anyone know where this is, you'd think they'd tell you for 160 squids!

I know in past years they've used Castle Cary station & the Bath & West Showground as pick-up points for overseas tickets. Have you contacted GFL?
