I just wondered what on earth the organisers of the Dance Village have been taking to come up with such a woeful line up.  Have they been out to a club in the last 10 years?  Again and again it's the same old sh*te thats about as new and fresh as a tramps socks.

I have no problem with the different styles being catered for and I have no problem with some of the the older stuff.  Indeed Derek May is probably the best booking they have made, but it seems to be by and large the same prog crap sprawling over the whole village.  Even The Glade is lame.  Where's Matthew Herbert, Steve Bug, Ricardo Villalobos, Carl Craig, MANDY etc.  There's a few good acts on don't get me wrong, but 95% of it IMO really needs a rethink.  It's 2008 - not 1998

Sorry to moan.  It's a great festival and I hope you all have brillliant time.

K

I am a bit disappointed as there seems to be no Ceephax or Aphex Twin.

Then again having seem them a dozen times over the years perhaps it is time to move on. I agree though that it is all a bit 1998 - fat boy slim is here somewhere i guess?
