  hello all..i know its early and the new map aint out but im realy looking forward to this years  and am looking for tips on where to camp this year,ive always camped near the pyramid.im bored with it now and need some ideas including where to avoid incase its another wet one..thanks

when i went in 2005 we camped quite near to the dance tents and one of the entrances. 

will probably look at somewhere else this year though and probably aim to camp with a bunch of people of the forum.

There's always been a small group from here that have camped for ooo, years at the festival. The last few years we've used the field next to Pennards as our base and it's worked out very well indeed.

I'm not going this year but Janet or Causey should be able to advise as to what to do nearer the time.

Whats the deal with firewood ?

Will there be plenty on site we can all use or is it best to bring some of our own ?

I love the smell of a good camp fire.

There's normally some firewood on the old train track but it's limited & the last few years has been cleared out by Wednesday night.
