have just found out that our coach leaves at 8.30 on the weds morning. as we have two small children this is impossible but upon ringing i am told that i can not change coach travel time, in fact my only option is to cancel. this really is a shambles.

as far as I know this was communicated on the site and when the tickets were sold,

when were you planning on coming down as Wed morning is the best time anyway,

who was looking after the kids when you were there can they not take them early?

I am not sure "shambles" is fair really
