As long as you got through the process, and the screen came up saying congratulations you have booked x amount of tickets, then you're fine.

i still don't have my confirmation but according to other glasto forums there is often a delay of 24/48hrs before your email wings its way to you!! so i am trying to not worry too much either... at the end of the day we all saw that confirmation page, we are just all panicking until we get a definate YES!!
