I wonder if anyone can put me and wife's minds at rest: luckily, we managed to get through to the ticket booking web page and book four tickets + two car parking tickets. So far, so good. HOWEVER, when I finally received e-mail confirmation of my purchases, the e-mail blurb said the following:
Ref: xxxxxxx - 4 tickets for Glastonbury 2007 at Worthy Farm on Sunday 24th June 2007
Ref: xxxxxxx - 2 tickets for Glastonbury 2007 at Worthy Farm on Sunday 24th June 2007
Now presumably, the first line confirms purchase of the festival tickets proper, while the second refers to the car parking tickets. However, what concerns me most is that both refer ONLY to Sunday 24th and NOT to the preceding two days. As far as I know, you can't (or couldn't) buy Sunday-only tickets and I certainly don't recall there being an option to buy one-day tickets on the online booking form. I'm hoping that this is just an e-mail 'glitch' on the part of Seetickets. Has anybody else had the same problem or concerns.
Thanks!!

Don't worry about not getting an e-mail confirmation; we only got ours a short while ago. Instead, take a look at seeticks' ticket tracker: www.seetickets.com/see/content_tracker.asp
Click on the link at the bottom of the page, which is for people who've lost their referance number. You'll need the post code and last 4 digits of the card you used to book the tickets.
Good luck!

The Sunday is, I presume, just because for their system they need a date. A particular date. So the confirmation says Sunday. It could've just as easily said Saturday, or Friday. I wouldn't worry about it, there was no option to buy sunday day tickets, as they will only go sale to locals at a later date.
My confirmation, and that of Kingmob, both said Sunday as well.
And about the confirmation emails, I received the confirmation for Kingmob's order way before I received my own. And I placed my order first. So there seems to be no logic behind the system's distribution of emails. I have two friends who cannot even retrieve their confirmation number from that page referred to above. But it'll be fine.

I'm quite worried now...I only managed to get online and book a ticket at 10.45am after trying for 2 hours to get into the website.
I had some problems with the site recognising my registration number but after a couple of tries I was through and booked 3 tickets. But after reading the BBC story they said that tickets were sold out by the time I booked!!!
I did get a confirmation screen saying booked 3 tickets but havn't received my email confirmation yet!!! And I can't find tickets with the link posted above.....needless to say I'm worried....
Can anybody tell me how long they waited for their email confirmations?

I know people who got tickets at 11 who are still waiting. Listen, this happened in 2005 and 2004, I really wouldn't fret right now.

Hello.
If it's any help, we had the same concerns and i managed to get through to the ticket people about 30 mins ago. I asked about the press claiming tickets had sold out by 10:35 and where we stood, as we got four tickets at 11:25 (ish).
The girl at the ticket people said not to worry; if the transaction was finalised; congratulations; you're going to Glastonbury.
We haven't had our confirmation, but am not the least bit worried - it'll be okay.
Hope this was helpful.

I booked my first tickets then hit the back button to book for friends of mine who could not get the booking page up. I managed to do this several times for different people, but when I went to the see tickets ticket lookup, it shows my first order, but none of the other peoples tickets that I booked?
When I placed the orders it did go through to the Congratulations page, but has anyone else who booked tickets using the back button option had any type of confirmation?
I would feel awful if those people who I booked for havent got tickets?
