I still haven't used any sort of recharge tent at any festival. Admittedly at glastonbury (which is a couple of days longer than TitP) the amount of time I can actually have my phone switched on diminishes as the weekend continues.

Perhaps this year I shall invest in a second battery, they are very decently priced.

Ive used the orange recharge tents before and now theres a few of them the queues aint bad and theirs normally a bar near by :)

I've got a solar charger for my caravan which seems to work reasonably on grey days - haven't tried it in the rain though

Also have no idea how to charge a phone from a 12 volt connection, need to investigate ....

phone chargers are usually 12 volt, you can get the cigarrette lighter car charges they are 12 volt just wire a ciggy lighter to your lesuire battery and away you go with a car charger

i used 2 use the greenpeace solar recharging but couldn't find it last time - don't know if it'll b there this year but it involved much less nudity than the grrepeace solar showers
